Oracle PL/SQL Developer Individual Contributor (IC)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team as an Individual Contributor (IC). The candidate will be responsible for independently handling project deliverables, developing robust database solutions, and supporting Oracle Order Management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, O2C processes, OM modules, and API development.

Experience Required

7 10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and scripts.

Work extensively on Order to Cash (O2C) business processes.

Support and enhance Oracle Order Management (OM) modules.

Develop and integrate APIs for Oracle applications and third-party systems.

Independently own project tasks and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Oracle applications and database objects.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams for solution implementation and support.

Ensure performance tuning and optimization of database queries and PL/SQL code.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL Development

Good understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) processes

Expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM)

Experience in API Writing / Integration

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of deliverables

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle EBS environment

Knowledge of interfaces, conversions, and data migration

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
