About the Role

We are hiring an Oracle OTM

• Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad
• Work Model: Hybrid
• Experience: 6 to 12 years
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Job title: Oracle OTM Functional Consultant

Technical Skill Sets

• TM Configuration & Administration: Expertise in configuring OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, and Fleet Optimization.
• Business Process Automation: In-depth knowledge of designing and maintaining Automation Agents, Monitors, and Workflow Agents.
• Data Model & Database Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle database structures for querying and data validation.
• Integration & Data Migration: Experience with XML/XSLT, SOAP/REST web services, and EDI for integration with ERP systems (like Oracle EBS) and external systems (Fourkites/P44).
• Reporting & Analytics: Development of operational and analytical reports using Oracle BI Publisher and OAC/OBIEE.
• Functional Tools: Ability to create and customize User Screen Sets, Manager Layouts, and Menus..

Core Functional Domain Knowledge

• Logistics & Transportation: Understanding of transportation lifecycles, including procurement, planning, and execution.
• Platforms: Hands-on experience with OTM Cloud and On-Premise versions (e.g., 6.3.x to 6.4.x).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Configure and enhance OTM components, workflows, and business rules
• Develop and support OTMOracle EBS integrations (Web Services, XML, XSLT)
• Build and optimize SQL/PLSQL objects for performance and data handling
• Create BI Publisher reports and support customizations
• Provide L2/L3 support, issue resolution, and performance tuning
• Handle testing, deployments, and data migration activities

Educational qualifications

Graduation / Post Graduation

Certifications: Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist

Work experience

6 12 years relevant experience with operations excellence,, quality, analytics, and/or transformation projects
