We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Senior Consultant with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation, business process consulting, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Order Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure NetSuite modules based on client requirements.
• Work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user stories.
• Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, reports, and roles.
• Support P2P, O2C, finance, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, training sessions, and post-go-live support.
• Provide best practice recommendations and process improvements.
• Handle stakeholder communication and project coordination.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team delivery activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Functional Consulting.
• Expertise in Finance, AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
• Experience in NetSuite configuration, workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration concepts.
• Experience working in implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client management skills.
