Oracle Hyperion EPM Support Analyst and Lead & EPBCS

Experience: 8-10+ years

POSITION OVERVIEW : EPM Support - Lead

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including planning, consolidation, and reporting modules

Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical EPM designs

Design application architecture, including dimensions, metadata, and data integration frameworks

System configuration, business rules development, and calculation logic

Manage data migration and integration from source systems (e.g., ERP) into EPM platforms

Direct testing phases (SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment to production

Act as the primary liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams

Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption initiatives

Ensure best practices in governance, security, and performance optimisation

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
