Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Oracle HRMS Techno Functional role based in Hyderabad. The professional in this role will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design Oracle HRMS solutions, and configure modules to support core HR processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing system setups, writing and maintaining technical components such as interfaces, reports, and customizations, and troubleshooting functional and technical issues. The role involves participating in full project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. The Oracle HRMS Techno Functional specialist will also document solutions, provide end-user training, and proactively recommend enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ Years

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS modules (such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and related components) and their configuration.
• Proficiency in Oracle technical tools and technologies, including SQL/PLSQL, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and extensions.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate on technical designs.
• Experience in testing, issue resolution, production support, and performance optimization within Oracle HRMS environments.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with the ability to align system capabilities to business needs.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant Oracle certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working in AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives, or in enterprise-scale environments, is a plus.
