• Fast Formula configuration and troubleshooting.
• HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads.
• Security console roles, data access sets, and role-based access troubleshooting.
• OTBI/BIP reporting.
• Incident & Problem Management.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• My Oracle Support (SR logging and management) and quarterly release management

Good to Have Skills

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Exposure to third-party HR systems integrations (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand, TAMS).
• ServiceNow / Jira for incident and change tracking.
• BI Publisher / OTBI advanced reporting.
• Approval Management (BPM Worklist) configuration.
• Basic SQL/PL-SQL for data validation and reporting support.
