Job Description
Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Payroll for Bahrain, ensuring compliance with SIO/GOSI, WPS, and statutory requirements.
Configure payroll elements, flows, cycles, costing, and reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Absence OR Compensation OR Benefits OR Talent Management.
Expertise in Fast Formula development and payroll configuration.
Familiarity with HDL/HSDL data migration tools.
Hands-on experience with Redwood UI and modern Oracle HCM features.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
