Roles & Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Perform fit-gap analysis and map requirements to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.

Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL modules.

Configure time entry layouts, time calculation rules, approval workflows, time categories, time attributes, and web clock buttons.

Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and client discussions.

Prepare functional design documents and solution configurations.

Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation.

Support testing activities and post-go-live support.

Raise SRs and coordinate with Oracle for issue resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.

Work independently and contribute to project delivery.

Mandatory Requirements

10+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.

Strong experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL.

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects.

Strong client-facing experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
