Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage the complete Project Life Cycle (PLC) from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Drive requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide reports to senior leadership.
Oversee data migration, integration, and cutover activities during Oracle implementations.
Manage change requests and ensure proper governance processes are followed.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and business sign-offs.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid models.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and cloud teams for successful deployments.
Manage offshore and onsite teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
Drive continuous process improvement and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager managing Oracle projects.
Proven experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion implementations or migration projects.
Experience managing multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and SDLC.
