Oracle EPM Analyst

Insight Global is hiring for an Oracle EPM Planning Developer to support a brand new Oracle EPM Cloud implementation.

Location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid 4 days/week onsite)

Compensation: $1218/hr USD

Start: Early June 2026

Schedule: Must overlap with EST from 9am to 12pm daily

This is a net new implementation, not a support role. You will be involved in building out Oracle EPM Planning from the ground up, working across configuration, testing, and development activities as part of a larger implementation team.

What you will be doing:

• Support the Planning workstream for an Oracle EPM Cloud implementation
• Configure Planning modules including forms, dashboards, member formulas, and business rules
• Assist with Workforce Planning and custom Planning cube builds
• Support data loads, testing cycles, and unit testing of configurations
• Contribute to ARCS configuration including reconciliations and transaction matching when needed
• Work closely with onsite team during requirements, build, and testing phases

What we are looking for:

• 4 to 6 years of hands on Oracle EPM Planning experience
• Strong understanding of Planning configuration including forms, Smart View, business rules, and calculations
• Experience supporting end to end implementations
• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud (or Hyperion with migration experience)
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a global team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle ARCS (Reconciliation and Transaction Matching)
• Workforce Planning experience
• Oracle EPM Cloud Planning certification
• Immediate availability preferred
