Roles & responsibilities

Ensure consistency of quality definitions, fatal/non-fatal error handling, and SLAs across the engagement.

Maintain knowledge repositories and job aids; support content lifecycle (create, review, version, retire) and metadata/taxonomy standards.

Implement best practices for KM, contribute practical insights on tool configuration and usage.

Build and maintain reporting packs; ensure data quality, lineage, timeliness, and SLA compliance.

Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and change control artifacts; facilitate working sessions and executive checkpoints.

Proactively identify risks/issues and implement mitigation actions; ensure documentation is complete and auditable.

Technical Skill Sets

A Consultant/AM with strong Oracle EBS technical expertise across enterprise application architecture, custom development, integration design, and production support. Brings deep experience in RICE components, Oracle Forms, personalization and customization , Reports

(BIP, eText/RTF/Excel and other formats), PL/SQl, Functions & procedures, XML/BI Publisher reporting, and Oracle EBS technical components to deliver scalable, supportable solutions across

business-critical modules, concurrent programs, workflows.

Prior experience in leading/handling at least 3 EBS implementations/support projects.

Experienced in leading end-to-end technical solution design, development, deployment, and support for Oracle EBS landscapes. Adept at working closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to translate requirements into robust technical designs, guide delivery teams, and ensure high-quality implementation across the Oracle EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Lead design and delivery of Oracle EBS technical solutions across RICE components, including Reports Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms/Framework customizations, and Workflow solutions aligned to business and architecture standards.

EBS Technical Delivery: Develop and support Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher / BI Publisher reports, concurrent programs, interfaces, conversions, extensions, AOL objects, and Workflow customizations across Oracle EBS modules.

Technical Architecture: Design integration solutions using Oracle APIs, open interfaces, interface tables, and service-based patterns, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between Oracle EBS and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.

Back-End Logic: Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects with a strong focus on performance tuning, code quality, maintainability, and data integrity within Oracle EBS environments.

Reporting & Integration: Build robust reporting and integration solutions using XML/BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, APIs, and open interfaces, while supporting data migration, reconciliation, and enterprise integration requirements across Oracle EBS modules.

UI/UX Customization: Deliver Oracle EBS front-end technical customizations through OAF, AOL, FND technical components, personalization, and framework-based enhancements in line with application standards and supportability considerations.

Troubleshooting & Support: Lead root-cause analysis, production issue resolution, patch impact assessment, migrations, deployment support, technical documentation, mentoring of junior team members, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure stable and effective Oracle EBS operations.

Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 Certified Implementation Specialist

Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate

Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional

Oracle Integration Cloud Certified Professional

6- 10 years relevant experience with operations excellence, quality, analytics, and/or transformation projects
