About Position:

This position focuses on managing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases in cloud and hybrid environments, with a strong emphasis on OracletoPostgreSQL migrations. It involves ensuring database performance, security, and reliability while supporting analytics and ETL workloads. The role also requires close collaboration with engineering teams to deliver scalable, highquality database solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and execute Oracle to AWS RDS PostgreSQL migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases across environments, including performance tuning, monitoring, and security.
• Design and support Databricks-based ETL pipelines for scalable data ingestion and analytics integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, review database code, and mentor junior DBAs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Oracle to AWS RDS PostgreSQL migrations, ensuring secure, reliable, and highperformance outcomes.
• Strong PostgreSQL administration and optimization skills across Dev/Test/Stage/Prod environments.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks PySpark/SQL and ETL pipeline development for large-scale data processing.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable cloud database solutions while collaborating effectively and mentoring teams
