Job Description

Key Responsibilities

8-12 years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience in enterprise environments. Install| configure| and administer Oracle databases (11g12c19c21c).

Design and manage high-availability solutions Oracle RAC| Data Guard| ASM| GoldenGate. Perform advanced SQL| PLSQL| and instance performance tuning (AWR| ASH| OEM). Implement and manage RMAN backup| restore| cloning| and disaster recovery strategies.

Lead platform upgrades| PSUCPU patching| version migrations| and infrastructure refresh. Architect and support Oracle workloads across on-prem| Exadata| ODA| or cloud platforms. Collaborate with Linux| storage| and network teams to optimize the full database stack. Implement automation for provisioning| patching| compliance| and monitoring (ShellPythonAnsible).

Ensure database security encryption| auditing| access control| and CIS hardening. Manage capacity planning| performance monitoring| and incidentproblem resolution. Create and maintain architecture documents| SOPs| deployment standards| and runbooks.

Provide L3 support for production-critical issues and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor junior DBAs and contribute to technical design reviews. Preferred Oracle certifications (OCPOCEOCA).
