We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Maintenance professional with 10+ years of expertise. This is a remote position with a shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST for a contract role (6 months to 1 year). Immediate joiners are preferred.

Position Details:

Shift: 2 PM 11 PM IST

Location: Remote (Once a week to Office location)

Duration: 6 months to 1 year (Contract)

Joining: Immediate

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud Maintenance, with 2 end-to-end implementations and support. This role involves configuring the Oracle Cloud Maintenance module, conducting workshops, and providing post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-implementation workshops with business and IT leads to understand requirements and share fit-gap analysis.

Configure Oracle Cloud Maintenance as per the Future Process Design.

Data conversion using file-based data import (FBDI) across different phases.

Reconciliation of data during production cutover through standard and custom reports.

Custom BI Publisher reports: Gather requirements, prepare specifications, conduct testing, and move to production.

Prepare configuration documents for Maintenance Cloud and share with business and IT leads for review.

Perform detailed testing during CRP1, CRP2, SIT, and UAT phases.

Conduct training for key business leads and share detailed training scripts.

Post go-live support: Share metrics and work on business process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Maintenance

Functional expertise across Maintenance Cloud, Field Service, Costing, Product Information Management, Inventory

Experience in conducting workshops, data conversion, reconciliation, and training sessions

Experience in BI Publisher reports and testing business scenarios
