Senior Associate - Oracle Cloud HRMS - Payroll.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Level: Experienced Professional,
46+ years of relevant professional experience (Big 4 or comparable consulting environment preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, also ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Lead defined workstreams within engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
Perform detailed analysis, documentation, testing, and validation activities
Develop client-ready deliverables (reports, dashboards, models, presentations)
Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities Translate technical findings into clear business insights.
