Oracle Cerner Clinical Documentation Support Analyst

Project Description:

Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to grow their technical skills in healthcare IT while working under the mentorship of experienced consultants and technical leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to Cerner infrastructure, system workflows, and healthcare technology best practices while contributing to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2 production support for Cerner Acute Inpatient Documentation (Dynamic Documentation / Dyn Doc)

Support Surgical, Rehab, and inpatient clinical documentation workflows

Monitor and resolve production incidents, documentation defects, and workflow issues within SLA

Troubleshoot issues related to PowerForms, documentation sections, templates, and clinical workflows

Perform design, build, and configuration of Dynamic Documentation (Dyn Doc) components

Build and maintain PowerForms, form sections, fields, questions, rules, and form logic

Configure workflowspecific documentation for surgical procedures, inpatient care, and rehabilitation
