Oracle Argus Technical Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Argus Technical Consultant with strong functional and production support expertise. The role involves Argus configuration, E2B support, integrations, dictionary management, AWS environment support, and troubleshooting within regulated PV environments.

Mandatory Skills (4 - 7 Years of Experience)

• Oracle Argus Safety 8.4.x
• Argus Console, AG Service, ESM configuration
• E2B R2/R3, Interchange, ACK handling
• Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Line Listings & PV reporting support
• MedDRA / WHO-DD dictionary upgrades
• Gateway / Axway / SUSAR integrations
• AWS-hosted Argus environments
• GxP / CSV compliance exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Argus Safety application
• Handle configurations, workflow changes, and troubleshooting
• Manage dictionary upgrades and recoding activities
• Support E2B transmissions and integrations
• Perform SQL-based analysis and issue resolution
• Support patching, upgrades, and AWS environments
• Execute CSV documentation and validation activities
• Drive incident resolution, CAPA, and audit readiness
• Create knowledge base articles and support documentation

Preferred

• Pharmacovigilance domain experience
• Production support in regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
