Oracle Cerner - System Management + Lights On Analyst

Role Overview:

Seeking a System Management + Lights On Analyst to ensure stable, reliable, and high performing system environments through proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and adoption of modern reliability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform continuous environment monitoring across application, system, and interface layers
• Respond to incidents, triage system issues, and coordinate resolution with technical teams
• Track system health indicators, uptime, capacity, and performance metrics
• Support routine maintenance tasks, patch cycles, and environment checks
• Contribute to service reliability initiatives using SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and automation

Primary Skill: Environment monitoring

Secondary Skill: Incident response

Must Have Skills:

Experience working on Oracle Cerner System Management and Lights On solutions

Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) concepts and reliability frameworks

Good to Have:

Experience in system operations, environment support, or application monitoring preferred

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management workflows is beneficial
