We are looking for a skilled Opigno LMS Developer to design, develop, and manage a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) for both customers and employees. The platform will enable structured onboarding, certification, and continuous learning journeys

Key Responsibilities

• Design & develop a custom LMS using Opigno (Drupal-based)
• Customize and extend Opigno modules as per business needs
• Integrate LMS with internal systems like CRM, HRMS, and product platforms
• Build role-based learning paths for users
• Develop dashboards for tracking progress, certifications, and analytics
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security
• Implement gamification features (badges, quizzes, certifications)
• Manage deployment, versioning, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, HR, Customer Success)

Key Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in Drupal (8/9/10) & Opigno LMS
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with REST APIs & system integrations
• Knowledge of SCORM / xAPI (LMS standards)
• Familiarity with Linux environments & deployment pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Git version control

Good to Have

• Experience building SaaS platforms or internal tools
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP
• Understanding of LMS UX / Learning Experience Design
• Experience in B2B product environments

Functional Expertise

• Designing certification programs & learning paths
• Implementing role-based access control
• Structuring LMS content effectively
• Translating learning requirements into scalable features
