Operator

• Operate and monitor powder/Granular processing equipment such as filling machine, blender, silo & printer.
• Conduct quality checks on processed materials, including particle size analysis, moisture content checks, and visual inspections.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, processing parameters, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing plant.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Assist with other production tasks as required, such as material handling, packaging, and inventory management.
