Location: Airoli - Andheri Chandivali

Education: HSC / Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1 Year as a Team Leader (Chat or Blended process only no back office experience) Prior experience from Hospitality Process

Process: International (Only international Process applicants should apply)

Shift Window: 24/7

Week Offs: 2 Rotational week off

5 Days Working

Prior client management exposure

Strong in Excel & reporting

Excellent communication skills
