The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations & Systems Coordinator to join our team to work from India.

This is a diverse role involving administration, client communication, staff scheduling, accounting support, SOP creation, process documentation, and training content development. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping our businesses operate smoothly while building systems that improve productivity and reduce manual work.

Timing will be 8.30am to 5.00pm AWST.

Salary - 3Lakhs to 5Lakhs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars
• Coordinate staff scheduling and job bookings
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting administration
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Record and edit training videos with captions
• Conduct research and solve operational problems
• Improve systems and business processes

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Experience with Xero or accounting software(will be an advantage)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience with SOP creation, screen recording, or video editing is highly desirable
• A good work from home setup to ensure no disruption high speed internet
