We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Specialist who can effectively manage the intersection of people, processes, and performance. This role is best suited for someone who can seamlessly balance HR responsibilities with operational coordination and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, maintain employee documentation, and support payroll administration and performance review cycles.
• Plan and execute internal initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and alignment with service expectations.
• Collaborate with Vertical Heads to track project progress, follow up on action items, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
• Monitor team bandwidth and assist in effective resource allocation to meet project requirements and business needs.
• Prepare and present weekly reports by analyzing operational data, including KPIs, project updates, and engagement metrics for management review.
