15+ years of IT experience with extensive background in IT Operations & Delivery Management within Tier1 IT Services organizations
Strong experience in end-to-end operations management, driving governance, delivery excellence, and portfolio performance
Proven expertise in revenue & margin management, financial planning, and optimization of account-level profitability
Hands-on experience in utilization management, ensuring effective deployment of billable and non-billable resources
Strong exposure to billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in coordination with internal teams
Expertise in resource planning, headcount strategy, onboarding, and workforce optimization
Strong stakeholder management, acting as a key escalation point for clients and leadership teams
Experience managing large, multi-location operations teams, driving efficiency and performance
Good understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance frameworks
