Operations Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager Operations to drive 01 initiatives and scale our Hyderabad market. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with the General Manager to solve complex operational challenges, improve key business metrics, and build scalable processes that fuel market growth.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-focused, comfortable working with data, and enjoys taking ownership from strategy through implementation.

What You'll Do

• Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives for the Hyderabad market.
• Work closely with the General Manager to identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion plans.
• Build and scale new operational programs from 01.
• Own key business metrics across growth, supply, demand and operational efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and present actionable business insights to leadership.
• Design and improve SOPs to enhance scalability and operational excellence.
• Identify bottlenecks, run experiments, measure outcomes, and continuously optimize business performance.
• Ensure strong execution discipline and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 48 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is highly preferred.
• Experience building dashboards and tracking business metrics.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• High ownership, bias for action, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
