Job Description
Dreamy Trips is looking for an Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations behind our luxury womens group trips around the world.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a fast-moving travel brand focused on creating elevated, community-driven experiences for women globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing budgeting, bookkeeping, and operational expense tracking
Reviewing and approving payment requests across trips and business operations
Coordinating hotel confirmations, rooming lists, and accommodation logistics
Supporting host onboarding and pre-trip operational preparation
Researching and developing future hotel, tourism, and travel partnerships
Assisting with merchandise coordination, sourcing, and inventory management
What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and follow-through
Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Interest in luxury travel, hospitality, and community-led brands
Previous experience in operations, administration, bookkeeping, hospitality, or project coordination is preferred
Preferably based in India (or) Mumbai
This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing global travel brand and help shape the operational side of experiences designed for ambitious, like-minded women around the world.
This will be a part time job of 4 days a week, 4-5 hours a day.
