Job Description

- Location: Jaipur (Manasarovar)
- Process: Premium International (Chat & Email)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations for Chat & Email support processes
- Drive KPIs including SLA, Quality, CSAT, Productivity & Revenue targets
- Develop and mentor Team Leaders and frontline teams
- Ensure process compliance and client satisfaction
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Stakeholder management and regular client governance calls
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in managing international BPO operations
- Strong understanding of written customer support channels (Chat & Email)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Graduation mandatory
