  • Location: Jaipur (Manasarovar)
  • Process: Premium International (Chat & Email)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations for Chat & Email support processes
  • Drive KPIs including SLA, Quality, CSAT, Productivity & Revenue targets
  • Develop and mentor Team Leaders and frontline teams
  • Ensure process compliance and client satisfaction
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Stakeholder management and regular client governance calls


Eligibility Criteria:


  • Proven experience in managing international BPO operations
  • Strong understanding of written customer support channels (Chat & Email)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Graduation mandatory
