Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position oversees day-to-day store and back-end operations, including inventory control, order processing, vendor coordination, and logistics management. The Operations Manager will monitor sales and operational KPIs, streamline processes, and implement policies to improve efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing and scheduling staff, ensuring compliance with company standards, and coordinating closely with design, production, and marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns. The role also involves resolving operational issues, optimizing costs, and supporting the growth and scalability of SANKI The Crazy Attires business.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
Strong skills in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and vendor relations.
Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and use insights to improve processes.
Proficiency with standard office and management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, POS systems, inventory or ERP software).
Effective leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Retail Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment in the Greater Delhi Area.
Experience in process improvement, cost optimization, or store operations setup is an advantage.
