Operations Manager

Mumbai (Preferred) | Full-Time | Saltie

Saltie is a lifestyle and activewear brand built around community, movement, and everyday living. We're looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to help us manage day-to-day operations while supporting marketing, partnerships, and creative projects.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, loves staying organized, and wants to work closely with a growing startup brand.

Operations & Coordination

• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders, files, and internal documentation
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups with vendors, creators, and team members
• Support day-to-day operational tasks across different departments
• Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and project updates

Research

• Research manufacturers, vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Compare quotations, MOQs, timelines, and other vendor details
• Conduct market and competitor research when required

Marketing & Community Support

• Research influencers, creators, and potential brand partners
• Build and maintain outreach databases
• Send DMs, emails, and collaboration requests
• Save and organize social media references, moodboards, and inspiration

Creative Support

• Assist with presentations, lookbooks, and marketing decks
• Support content planning and campaign coordination
• Work with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms

E-commerce & Customer Experience

• Assist with website updates and product uploads
• Help process and track customer orders
• Support customer communication when required

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Resourceful and able to find answers independently
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Proactive and reliable
• Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
