Job Description
Position : Operations Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 10 - 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation across warehousing, last mile delivery and customer service.
- Own core metrics: on time delivery, order accuracy, Inventory accuracy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of supervisors, team leads and frontline staff.
- Partner with supply chain, planning and procurement to remove bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with health safety, ISO etc as applicable.
- Implement and maintain WMS/ERP systems and operation dashboard
Skills:
- Proven track record of managing teams and operations with 100 MINR.
- Hands on experience on WMS, ERP
- Data Driven: advanced Excel/experience building live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication and cross functional collaboration skills
Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Operations in a manufacturing setup is mandatory.
