Operations Manager

At recit, we build experiential activations globally.

As we expand into premium international travel experiences, we're looking for someone who understands what goes into creating exceptional journeys behind the scenes.

If you've worked in outbound or community travel operations, managed supplier relationships, coordinated group departures, or worked closely with hotels, DMCs and destination partners, we'd love to hear from you.

Role: Operations Manager - Travel

Location: Delhi

What you'll do

• Own the operational planning and execution of our journeys
• Build and manage relationships across hotels, destination partners and on-ground operators
• Oversee itineraries, bookings, logistics and departure readiness
• Ensure every experience meets the standards we set for our members

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in outbound or group travel operations
• Experience working with DMCs, hotels and travel partners
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys building from the ground up
