Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete lettings cycle, from property listings to tenancy agreements

Lead, mentor, and support the lettings team to meet targets and maintain service standards

Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy terms with landlords and tenants

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners

Ensure compliance with lettings regulations, company policies, and procedures

Monitor market trends and provide insights for business growth

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports

Handle escalations and resolve customer queries efficiently

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing with senior-level responsibilities

Proven team leadership or management experience

Strong knowledge of lettings processes, property laws, and compliance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office
