Operations Manager

Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for warehouse management and supply chain excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead multiple

warehouse operations, drive process improvements, and ensure operational excellence across our network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operations across multiple warehouse locations.

Ensure smooth inbound, outbound, inventory, and dispatch operations.

Monitor warehouse KPIs including productivity, SLA adherence, accuracy, and cost optimization.

Drive manpower planning, vendor management, and workforce productivity.

Implement and maintain SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Conduct regular audits to improve operational efficiency and process adherence.

Coordinate with clients, warehouse teams, transport partners, and stakeholders for seamless execution.

Analyze MIS reports and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Resolve operational escalations and ensure high service levels.

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and site teams.

Travel across warehouse locations and conduct at least two site visits every week to review performance, compliance, and operational improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

47 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics Management.

Experience managing multiple warehouse locations is preferred.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and process optimization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, and operational dashboards.
