Role Description

This hybrid internship role, based in South Kolkata, blends on-site responsibilities with flexibility for some remote work. The Operations Management Intern will assist in coordinating operational workflows and managing project tasks. The role involves collaborating with teams to maintain efficiency, analyzing operational data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Interns will gain hands-on experience in influencer marketing and talent management operations while contributing to the seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and task coordination
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or project management tools is a plus
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• Experience or interest in influencer marketing or digital media is advantageous

This will be a PAID Internship.
