Operations Lead

We are looking for a Regional Operations Lead to strengthen our Source-to-Pay (S2P)/ Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and other leading cloud procurement suites such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua landscape. The role requires strong end-to-end process expertise, ERP knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support regional stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary S2P point of contact, handling escalations, exceptions, and daily operational queries from stakeholders and suppliers.
• Resolve blocked invoices, urgent payment issues, GR/IR discrepancies, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services.
• Lead S2P operational meetings, support requisitioners, and deliver process trainings for budget holders and controllers.
• Handle vendor and internal customer tickets, support supplier calls, and coordinate vendor verification processes.
• Drive process optimization by performing rootcause analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting workflow standardization.
• Support automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, improve transaction accuracy, and scale S2P operations.

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelors degree with relevant experience in shared services or operations.
• Minimum 5 years Maximum of 9 years of S2P and/or shared services experience, preferably with stakeholderfacing & people management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to handle escalations and provide clear guidance.
• Ability to apply continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to enhance S2P processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
• Global exposure working with clients across geographies and industries.
• Be available to join the team ASAP (less than 10 to 15 days time).
