• Validate and verify hotel/package pricing
• Work on costing requests for travel bookings
• Coordinate and support rate match requests
• Resolve sold-out inventory issues efficiently
• Maintain inventory and ensure extranet data hygiene
• Support the team in improving operational accuracy and turnaround times
