About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Intern to support our Study Abroad programs. This role involves working closely with learners, internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless learner journeyfrom Application to program completionwhile gaining hands-on exposure to the international education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Support stakeholder management by coordinating with learners, counselors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Drive learner connect and engagement by interacting with enrolled students via calls, emails, and webinars.

Assist in managing the end-to-end learner journey, including onboarding, documentation, application tracking, and follow-ups.

Take ownership of assigned projects, such as improving learner experience,Application,Visa process optimization, or engagement initiatives.

Track learner progress, resolve queries, and ensure timely communication at every stage of the study abroad process.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor program performance and learner outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to interact confidently with students and partners.

Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.

Ability to build rapport and maintain meaningful learner relationships.

High sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the global education landscape.

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related fields.

Interest in study abroad programs, international education, or EdTech.

Freshers are eligible & prior experience in student engagement, counseling, or operations is a plus.
