About the Role

Were looking for a Service Operations Associate to work directly with the founding team and help build the operational backbone of Blyss. This is a highly on-ground role involving training, partner onboarding, customer experience, field operations, and problem-solving. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, ownership, and building things from scratch this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Training & Operations
• Train and onboard service professionals
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, safety, and customer standards
• Support certification and operational readiness
• Work closely with field teams and solve on-ground challenges
• Partner Growth & Network Building
• Identify and recruit new service professionals
• Conduct onboarding and activation processes
• Visit communities, markets, and residential areas to expand networks
• Customer Experience
• Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Identify areas to improve satisfaction and reliability
• Work with the team to continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with field work and fast-paced startup environments
• Good communication skills (basic English required)
• Someone proactive, curious, reliable, and excited to build

Pay range and compensation package

Stipend: 25,000 per month
