About The Role

You will be the nerve centre of Zoomies' fulfilment engine owning the full order lifecycle across every channel we sell on. From building order funnels and coordinating with the warehouse, to running a live control tower and planning ops for new launches. This role is for someone who loves systems, thrives in chaos, and takes end-to-end ownership.

What You'll Own

• Process orders across all channels Shopify, Amazon, Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and offline through a unified funnel to warehouse and dispatch.
• Run the control tower: real-time shipment tracking, NDR resolution, SLA monitoring, and daily ops reporting to the founding team.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team on pick-pack-ship execution; manage exceptions like cancellations, address errors, and priority orders.
• Own ops planning forecast volumes basis campaigns and launches, stage inventory, and ensure fulfilment readiness across channels.
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, and dashboards for order flow, RTO rates, courier performance, and inventory health.
• Work with the tech team to implement OMS for real-time visibility.

What we're Looking For

• 25 years in D2C, e-commerce, or Q-Commerce ops with hands-on multi-channel order processing experience non-negotiable.
• Proven control tower or order tracking ownership in a high-volume environment non-negotiable.
• Strong grip on OMS platforms, courier aggregator dashboards, and warehouse workflows.
• Sharp in Excel/Google Sheets you build trackers and exception reports without being asked.
• Fast problem-solver, strong communicator, high ownership classic startup ops DNA.

Good to Have

• Last-mile logistics experience courier partner management, SLA negotiation, TAT optimisation.
• Familiarity with Q-Commerce fulfilment models and ERP/WMS tools (Unicommerce, Vinculum).
• Exposure to COD reconciliation and payment settlement tracking.
