Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to support business operations, CRM management, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and actionable business insights that drive performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user compliance.
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Track business, sales, operational, and productivity KPIs and provide performance insights.
  • Analyze data trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve business outcomes.
  • Support leadership with reporting, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
  • Develop, document, and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Student Success, Finance, HR, and other teams to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, reporting standards, and operational controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Analytics, Management, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or Process Management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.
