Role Description The Operations Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations for Rentkars rental platform in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site position includes coordinating order processing, overseeing inventory and logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries and returns. The role involves monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to improve processes, and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Executive will collaborate closely with customer support, product, and leadership teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and support the companys growth. This position requires hands-on involvement in on-ground operations and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end rental and logistics workflows.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, partners, and customers.
Experience in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace operations is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Comfort with basic digital tools and spreadsheets; familiarity with operations software or CRMs is an advantage.
