Job Description: Operations Executive

• Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal product/tech teams.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day coordination with clients, ensuring successful adoption of product features.
• Assist in setting up client accounts, integrations, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Coordinate and track WebEngage campaigns, client automations, or CRM workflows.
• Perform QA for live flows (leads, referral journeys, deal redemptions, etc.)
• Pull and organize reports from tools like Google Sheets, WebEngage, or backend dashboards. Ensure SLA adherence and track escalations through resolution.

Competencies:

• Strong communication skills: client-facing experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of web tools (e.g., CRMs, marketing automation platforms).
• Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to coordinate across tech and product teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Proactive problem solver.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors/ Masters Degree in IT or Computer Science
