Operations Executive

Pay Scale - 15,000-30,000 per month

Key Technical Requirements:

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• What we need: Beyond just "typing data," you should be comfortable with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Cleaning.
• The Task: You will generate daily/weekly reports on student attendance, test scores, and lead conversions.

2. LMS (Learning Management System)

• What we need: Previous experience handling platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or custom-built coaching apps.
• The Task: Uploading recorded lectures, scheduling live sessions, managing course access for students, and troubleshooting login issues.

3. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

• What we need: Familiarity with tools like LeadSquared, Zoho, or Salesforce.
• The Task: Tracking the journey of a student from a "lead" to an "enrolled student" and ensuring the sales team has updated data.

4. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

• What we need: Knowledge of how centralized systems manage resources.
• The Task: Managing fee records, inventory (like study material/books), and coordinating between different departments (Finance, Faculty, and Sales).
