We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive with strong knowledge of SAP, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards of 5S and safety compliance.

The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards of 5S and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for timely dispatches
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials

SAP Operations

• Perform daily transactions in SAP (GRN, stock transfer, invoice processing, etc.)
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure data integrity
• Generate reports from SAP for inventory tracking and analysis

Excel & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel
• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for data analysis
• Track KPIs such as stock accuracy, dispatch timelines, and inventory levels

5S Implementation

• Implement and sustain 5S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and visual management
• Conduct regular audits to maintain 5S standards

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all warehouse safety norms and procedures
• Conduct safety checks and report hazards immediately
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure PPE compliance
• Support audits and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Compulsory bachelors degree,
• Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/WM preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control
• Familiarity with 5S and safety standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
