Operations Associate

We're hiring a Fulfilment Specialist.

This role owns our B2B marketplace and e-commerce partnerships end to end. Here's what that covers:

Marketplace & Partner Management

• Establish and manage relationships with marketplace partners (Nykaa, Tira, Amazon, and others)
• Own onboarding for new platforms commercials, cataloguing, listing setup, and compliance
• Be the day-to-day contact for all marketplace portals; catch and resolve issues before they escalate
• Manage SLA compliance, returns, and claims across partners

Fulfilment & Operations

• Coordinate order fulfilment accurately and on time across all B2B channels
• Manage stock allocation per platform and flag availability risks early
• Keep listing hygiene, pricing, and inventory data clean and current across portals

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Own channel-level demand forecasting analyse sales velocity, seasonality, and platform trends to project forward demand
• Build and maintain planning trackers that inform procurement and production timelines
• Work with the supply chain team to align stock positions ahead of launches, promotions, and peak periods
• Flag overstock and understock risks with data to back it up

What we're looking for:

• 24 years in marketplace operations or e-commerce fulfilment, preferably in beauty, personal care, or FMCG
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, or Flipkart you know the backends, not just the front end
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building forecasts and working in Excel or Google Sheets
• Sharp on follow-through, calm under deadline pressure, and able to manage multiple partners simultaneously
