Position Summary : The incumbent will support insurance and warranty processes across India and global markets. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction flow and compliance. This position requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process insurance declarations across India and international markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
- Oversee end-to-end claims management, ensuring timely and efficient settlement of claims
- Maintain accurate records of insurance data and prepare periodic MIS reports for internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular reconciliation of transactions to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy
- Coordinate with insurance brokers and companies to address operational requirements and resolve queries
- Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and due diligence stakeholders to support reviews and compliance processes
- Provide support to the underwriting team on various tasks and projects as required
Requirements :
- 13 years of relevant experience in underwriting, insurance operations, or a related field
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email management tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
