Operations and Maintenance Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer located in Agra. The responsibilities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of solar projects. The engineer will play a critical role in managing maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards. Collaborative communication with team members and stakeholders will also form part of day-to-day activities.

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to resolve and prevent technical issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Electrical Engineering with an understanding of solar power systems
• Experience in Maintenance Management to track and improve maintenance operations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and project stakeholders
• Ability to work independently on-site and ensure compliance with safety and technical regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field preferred
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage
