The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role that sits across logistics coordination, basic accounting, and general administration. It suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating shipments, creating waybills and following up with courier partners and freight forwarders
Tracking orders and shipments and flagging delays or issues
Creating packing lists, invoices and purchase orders
Inventory management of products and supplies
Tracking pricing across suppliers and producing comparison documents to identify cost trends and opportunities
Conducting regular competitor research monitoring other brands on pricing, product range, stockists, promotions, and market positioning
Assisting management with emails, documentation, scheduling of calls
Maintaining organised digital records across shared systems
What We're Looking For
13 years of experience in a similar admin, logistics, or operations role
Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)
Strong written and spoken English
Well-organised with good attention to detail
A self-starter who can manage their own time working remotely
Interest in fashion or e-commerce is a bonus, but not required
