Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operational Readiness Project Manager with strong exposure to Capital Markets and Gloss platform knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational readiness activities across migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness activities across all phases of migration and platform transition programs.
• Develop and execute operational readiness plans aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
• Create and manage training programs for operations and business users.
• Develop operational procedures, process documentation, SOPs, and support models.
• Manage go-live readiness assessments to ensure zero operational disruption during transition.
• Coordinate closely with business, operations, technology, and program management teams.
• Identify operational risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies during migration phases.
• Support cutover planning, business continuity readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and readiness status reporting.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational handover across teams.

Mandatory Skills
