Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Operational Head to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position within the Operations Department, dedicated to overseeing and optimising the organisations daily functions. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic foresight with practical execution, ensuring seamless operations, efficiency, and alignment with long-term business objectives.

The Operational Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys operational framework, driving excellence across departments, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and implement operational strategies that align with organizational vision and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to develop long-term growth plans and business expansion strategies.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational initiatives.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximise efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and operational staff.
• Build a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Provide guidance and training to strengthen team capabilities and leadership pipelines.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish clear KPIs and monitor operational performance against targets.
• Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present comprehensive and insightful reports to senior leadership.

Resource & Budget Management

• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, technology, and infrastructure.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships to support operational efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify potential operational risks and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry standards.
• Develop contingency plans to safeguard business continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 35 years of proven leadership experience in operations.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, supply chain management, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
